Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

The short version

  • Hespia is $100/month flat for your whole team. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any pricing change.
  • Your content is yours. We only get the rights we need to run the service for you.
  • It is a beta: things may change or occasionally break, and Nova's suggestions are advice, not gospel.
  • You can leave any time and take your data with you.

The service

Hespia is an OKR and goal-tracking tool with an AI coach, Nova. It is currently in beta and costs $100/month flat per team. Features may be added, changed, or removed while we build. If we ever change pricing, existing workspaces will get at least 30 days notice and a clear path to keep going or export their data.

Your account

You need an account to use Hespia. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization whose workspace you administer.

Your content

Everything your team creates in Hespia (objectives, key results, check-ins, notes, comments) belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to your team, including processing by the AI providers that power Nova, as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

Acceptable use

Do not use Hespia to store or share content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or contains malware. Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the service, and do not resell access without our written agreement.

Availability and support

We work hard to keep Hespia fast and available, but during beta we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. If something breaks, email support@hespia.com and a human will respond.

Disclaimers

Hespia is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Nova's coaching, digests, and retrospectives are generated by AI: they are suggestions to help your team think, not professional advice, and they can be wrong. Verify anything important before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hespia's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. During the free beta, that means our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

Termination

You can stop using Hespia and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and we may wind down the beta with reasonable notice. Either way, you can export your data first.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will email workspace owners before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Hespia after that means you accept the updated terms.
