Encrypted, in transit and at rest
Workspace data lives in Google Firebase on Google Cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Membership-keyed access
Hespia is multi-tenant by design. You only ever see teams you belong to — access is keyed to membership, not trust.
Never used to train AI models
Your goals, notes, and numbers are never used to train our own or anyone else’s AI models. AI providers process your data only to serve your request.
Never sold, never advertised
We don’t sell your data, show ads, or share your content with advertisers. Ever.
Export and delete anytime
Your content is yours. Export it whenever you like, or ask for deletion and it’s gone from live systems within 30 days.
Nova is fenced and advisory
Nova is fenced against prompt injection from untrusted comments, and everything she produces is a suggestion — you stay in the driver’s seat.
30 days’ notice before any price change
Hespia is a flat rate for the whole team, set at signup. If pricing ever changes, every workspace owner gets at least 30 days’ notice. No surprise charges.

Our privacy policy and terms are written to be read, not skimmed past. No legalese, no gotchas.
What beta means, honestly
Hespia is in open beta, and we’d rather be straight about what that means than hide it behind badges. We don’t have a SOC 2 report yet — certifications like that come as the product and the team grow, and we’ll publish them here when they land.
What you get today: the commitments above, infrastructure from providers that do carry those certifications (Google Cloud, Cloudflare), and a small team that treats your data the way we’d want ours treated.
