Hespia is the AI mentor — the product and the mentor are one. She helps you set goals worth chasing, reads every goal each week, flags what is slipping, and tells you what to do about it while a full quarter remains. Hespia also does part of the work herself: she writes your weekly digest, drafts stakeholder review scripts from real numbers, and runs a retrospective when the quarter ends.
